Its interesting that the interview was made recently and from Cape Town close to Namibia where they should be
in a good position to hear the latest information about developments in Namibia.Also ENG should be in the
final stages of completing the work around 1711.It could of course also be that the statement in the interview was an approximation based on old info.I wont believe it either until I see it in a NR.
