BB4 Fed will buy bonds worth $40 bil/month. With that kind of money the banks will have to lend out the money to make any money. Ultimately, the hope is, that it will be easier for businesses and individuals to get loans for expanding business and for mortgages. This should increase employment. Theoretically! The DOW is on a sugar high today.
