The track record of the management team is also shining bright: Jeff Greenblum was employed in the Ministry of Commerce under Bush Senior as director for the Africa Bureau where he was responsible for the US Investment and Commerce Policies in Africa! Bill St. John was a consultant for the World Bank in Africa? If they can not attract a JV-Partner or investor, who else can do??? Guess these buddies will know how to make use of their connections! The US will be delighted if the namibia projects start production! The US is already the biggest consumer of African oil and is desperately seeking for new oppurtunities to get rid of the dependence from middle east oil sheikhs! Porus
