RE:RE:SP appreciation I'm only thinking out loud. Comparing our current MCap to our peers in the Clayton Valley.
We have : Cypress, Spearmint, Albemarle, Lit, Sienna, Cruz, and a few other notables..
Simply comparing land mass & 43-101's our current valuation is 2-4X that of our competition relative to our "in ground" resource. That being said, yes, we are working on the tech side as well which grants a widecard factor to our Mcap, perhaps a 10% bonus. However, none or very little of that tech is patentable as everything is off the shelf and readily available. Perhaps the integration or process itself may be applicable in terms of patentabilty but that is an unknown ATM.
As to our 2nd last NR. Everyone including ENRT is looking into "POTENTIAL" Billion $$ deals. It is an EV revolution part II.. As such I null and void that statement for now. As well in the NR, we are 1 year MINIMUM (pending approvals) to the beginning of a pilot plant on property due to a 1 year of weather data collection..
The gov't support is everywhere these days including us. Many programs of many different varieties for many specifics. DOE, DOD, NPRL, NREL, DOL. DNR Name any US department. Every one has incentives available should you check all the boxes, so this isn't a 1 off that we are special..
Don't get me wrong. We have an aweful lot to offer, IN DUE TIME with progress. For me,at this piont in time and where we are in the "process of things" IMHO our MCap is overvalued.
Pulled this off twitter.
Mcap / 43-101 LCE basis $USD $ENRT $66/MT LCE
$ENRT $33MCAP 160 acres $206K/Acre????? No PFS to date $CYP $24/MT LCE
$CYP $165Mcap 5430 acres $24K/acre PFS done.
The numbers are a bit off, but helps put things into perspective on the broader scope. If we are worth today's SP, then Cypress by default, should be valued in excess of $500M right now. So..
In the meanwhile, I truly am enjoying our rise in SP.. I have taken some profits, rebought a number of times and yes I will remain holding my core accunmulated shares for the forseeable future.
I'm just unsettled at the timing of our rise, which happens to coincide with a sudden increase in "$ENRT pumper traffic" online, and our sustained spike in volume.. << this all brings doubt that this is a genuine appreciation of our value.
