Dreaddogs,

I just don’t see that happening. Aluminum smelting is a hugeundertaking, very complex and very costly. It’s like a company who produces oiland wants to jump into refining. Why, when you can get better margins from theoil.

They would be best sticking to their own back yard wherethey know they can be hugely profitable. My comment does not, however, precludeone of the major smelters from buying them out. It’s more likely.
