Just connecting the dots here but this looks like a major strategicmove to me. Both Alcoa & Alouette both spending money & nailing down outtheir share of power allocation, Orbite moving into the starting blocks. Itlooks like Quebec is looking to take more than 12% of the world`s aluminumproduction. There are literally hundreds of years of alumina; enough to feed thosesmelters for generations....wow!
