The Lapresse article discloses that this is not about serious errors with economic viability--but miscomunication. This AMF body clearly has been influenced by pressure from the shorts. As, i stated before, these guys are great minors in Quebec but trying to quantify how much rare earths could add to revenue in an initial pea was a mistake.
Better to remove the rare earths from the pea and note ort technology works for rees and get on with it.
Congrats to many on this board who have rightly identifyed the problem way before this article.
The shorts are worried, the longer we wait. Our potential losses might be minor compared to the shorts, if this is about the AMF having over reacted.
Remember, those close to this agency may be the ones who dropped the stock 10% before the halt.
