Maybe the best way

Maybe the best way

Maybe the best way to handle the shorters, HFT, manipulators and garden slugs is to get the stock halted untill the HPA plant is running and SGA plant is anounced. That would kill the shorts, protect the longs and frustrate the manipulators. They can only operate if they can get on the field.

It would be interesting to challenge the whole shorting practice against basic contract law. There is no contract where there is no exchange of value. When a sleezy broker "borrows" my stock to lend it to his buddy to sell, whats in it for me?...Nothing.... therefore it does not meet the legal standard for contract law and is illegal.
