Or maybe  Rio Tinto, Alcoa, Allouette are just too myopic or arrogant to see what is sitting across the river. Just because they are big doesn't mean they are smart.  Look at RIM as an example; excelent product, yet arrogant enough to think they don't have to inovate and compete.

i would love to see a bidding war.
