Risk-On rally is starting to fade. ORT didn't participate anyways as it has fallen by over 30 cents last 2 weeks. Relative weakness - very, very bad sign.

 

If you have profits in ORT (not like Aluminae the religious weirdo) lock them in before your sorry.
