- Veolia will entirely finance the plants (including subsidies from governments).
- Apart from the licence revenues, Orbite will sell technical services at the construction stage.
- It is a world exclusive licence. With this deal, the question of red mud remediation is settled.
- He gave some informations about the red mud remediation market. Examples: in China, there is a bylaw in China that requires 20% of red mud remediation by 2015. There is a sense of urgency in Europe also, because of the vast quantities of red mud already there, the cost of land, the cost of insurances, etc.
- He didn't give a licence percentage, because of confidentiality. He only said that it was very lucrative.
- About HPA deals: many things going on (choses en cours)
- About SGA: things going on. As they said themselves in a communique, we are very close to a deal with our friends at Rusal.
