I filed complaints IRROC on 4 February, 11 February, 14 February to report that there were fraudulent manipulation on the title of orbit. More opportunity to refresh the IRROC had received complaints before that date, and the situation has only deteriorated further. IRROC therefore do not take seriously anyone except the banksters as CIBC. I consider complicit in these acts of fraud.
