I juste hang-up with IIROC, after a long talk he said i'm not aloud to  tel you what apen on the 14 Fed To protect he stock market, so i said him, on 14 Fed you stop the market (should be stop all day ), no NR for the resumption, reprice the transaction at $1.90 (Should be 2.43) Where was the investors protection that morning ( your job is to protec investor ) and at the moment most peoples think that IIROC was in collusion with CIBC for what apen, since i will not get anny answer from your office or protection, i will ask RCMP to get answer from your office.
