I think here it is a matter that has to do with the legal aspect of securities regulation. What applies in Ontario might not apply in the province of Quebec. I'm in no position to give any opinion on that. I don't really know. As far as the ethical problem, that poses some questions but if what is stated on television respect the law, their is not much to be done about. I think it has to do with AMF (Quebec regulators).
