dalesio,, I have been wondering about the wording of that release since I first read it.

1- the release was put out by Lionel Leveille, not RB

2- The release is specific that Mr Kelly will report to Richard Boudreault "while all other executive officers of the     company will report directly to Mr Kelly"

I have been reading into this that the BOD (lionel leveille) have stepped in and hired Mr Kelly.

Maybe RB is ok with it and maybe he isn't but it doesn't matter to the BOD. Kelly is in.

The fact that he officially reports to RB I think is a bit of a red herring. In reality he has been brought in by the BOD and will have the ear of the BOD.

I think that the fact that all of the other executive officers report to Mr Kelly means that Mr Kelly is taking over day to day operations. I am not sure where that leaves RB and at this point I don't really care. Brilliant man and visionary but poor CEO. Oh,,, yeah,,, he also seems to have a fixation with disclosure issues and his go-to strategy when asked for facts seems to be  NDAs,,,,NDA,s,,,NDAs.

I am expecting Mr Kelly to get a grip on this company and set it back on track with the backing of the BOD.
