However I don't think that Rusal are in the mood to help Orbite.
They are probably loving this. Their bargaining power just grew immensely.
Veolia,,, I don't know. If they did feel like helping out it would still come at a high price. They are not a charity.
I would be ok with that though. I would rather get in bed with Veolia than Acurso and at this point beggars can't be choosers.
