Why can't we be told these things?

Why can't we be told these things?

Once again the management has released information that is so convoluted that we are left guessing on a lot of pertinent issues.

RB is running this like a secret handshake club. I fully understand that there are facts that have to be kept under wraps when dealing with potential partners who do not want their present suppliers of HPA to know that they are shopping around but that is where all of these secrets should stop.

For example,  Veolia. This deal should be a lot more transparent than it is. Why the need for total blackout of any of the details of this deal? I don't think that Veolia has any need to put an NDA on this potential deal so I am assuming that once more it is Orbite who want the NDA. Why?  Give us some of the details.

Cash on hand-  We are left guessing about too many details of this.

- we are told that there is $19 million cash but we don't know if the calcinator has been paid for yet.

how much does the calcinator cost and does that price include installation costs?

Are we buying it or leasing it?

Operations in the plant-  what is actually happening in there? We are only told that the plant is operating and producing less than one tonne per day.

What the heck does that mean?

Does that mean 10 kg or 999 kg? and is it every day or is it just once in a while that they fire up a batch?

How much have they produced and where is it? How much of it was sent out as samples and how much was left over and is there a stockpile of it somewhere?

They say that the stockpile of feedstock has been used up. So is the plant shut down and everyone sent home or what? Has an alternate supplier of feedstock been arranged and is there a delivery expected?

Or is there just no point in producing anymore because there is enough 4N stockpiled to supply any request for samples?

Too many sectrets being held from the shareholders. It was tolerated when the whole picture was sunshine and light and RB could do no wrong but a new day has dawned and it is time to let the shareholders know some details.

If it is bad news then throw it out there while the stockprice is at these levels. Any dirty laundry should be exposed now and lets get it over with.

The jig is up regarding BSing the troops and the market RB. You have been way too devious and now everyone knows it so come clean and lets start fixing this thing.
