The BOD has identified that communications are bad with this company and endorse that by announcing that they are going to set up a special "Comunications Committee" comprised of BOD members to try to rectify the problem.

I think the BOD need to set up another committee called "Shareholder Outrage Committee".
Us retail shareholders are sitting here getting hammered by the shareprice due in large part to terrible Investor Relations and they decide to reward him with a bonus of stock options?
