RE: RE: RE: Claude Lamoureaux did not Dalesio,,, I notice that RB is not on the list for options received. I wonder why that is?
I also can't make rhyme or reason of the thinking behind the number of options awarded to each of the individuals. I have to wonder what the criteria is especially for existing management.
For example Jacques Bedard gets 300,000 while Marc Johnson gets 400,000.
How do they determine that?
According to the latest list that you posted the amount of options has increased to 2,930,000 options at a price of 92 cents. That is a dilution.
It is quite a gift to existing management and existing directors too considering the fact that the company is not exactly performing too well right now.
I am not too concerned that the 3 new directors and the new COO have received options to entice them onboard. That is the way that the system is set up and like it or not it is expected.
Removing the combined options awarded to those 4 (1,400,000) leaves 1,500,000 awarded to existing management and existing directors.
That part of it bothers me considering the dire straights that the existing shareholders are in.
It just seems callous to me. It shows a disconnect and lack of empathy for those of us that are deep in the red.
Maybe some of those options are being awarded as a part of a golden handshake to those departing directors?
What about departing management employees? Are we to read into this that maybe some of those on the list are being let go too?
The fact that RB is not on the list for options??? What does that signify?
Very confusing.
Nice addition to the severance package if that is the case.
