Neo,,, yup,,, I agree that the potential is bigger than anything I have ever invested in.

The thing is that it is now time to take it to the next level.

In my opinion that has already started happening with Veolia involvement and the changes to "Corporate Governance" and all of that. 

I am thinking that Veolia is going to bust this thing wide open. Not all of the details are going to be liked but overall it has to happen. We need world class decision making now in order to move ahead. The old regime has taken it as far as they can and now they need help. I think they are well on the way to getting it.
