insider buying

insider buying

I am pleased to see that Pascal Decary has twice now bought Orbite shares. As pointed out it is only 20,000

shares but it does show some committment on his part.

The question I have is,,, is he doing this due to some sense of honour to show that he is committed to the company or is it truly an investment for profit?

The other thing is,,, he is now considered to be an ORT insider and he has both ORT inside information plus he has Veolia inside information about whatever "the deal" is with Ort and he knows more than anyone at Ort just where Veolia are planning to go with this technology.

Based on that, I would have say that right now regarding just where all of this is heading he is the most knowlegable person on the planet.

He has all of those options at $0.92 but he is still slowly accumulating more shares on the open market.

Bearing in mind that his bread and butter is Veolia,,, A BOD seat with Ort is a side show that will provide him additional personal income,,, plus he has the options which could provide him with a large personal profit.

He has all of this but still, he buys more Ort shares on the open market.

With all of that inside knowledge he put that $18,000 of personal money into Ort shares, not Veolia shares.

This indicates to me that whatever "the deal" is between the 2 companies, he thinks that Ort shares are a good investment. That leads me to beleive that whatever "the deal" is, it is not so one-sided in Veolias favour that Ort is left destitute. He still thinks that Ort is worth buying in his personal account.

We have to wait and see but I am somewhat encouraged by this.
