AGM lipservice to shareholders

AGM lipservice to shareholders

During the AGM management reiterated that they are concerned about the shareholders blah, blah blah,,,

Apparently they love us.

Then they need to show us by throwing a bone or two.

1-  If anybody is going to scoop up a great deal on the next PP why not give the shareholder a shot at it by way of a Shareholders Rights Offering. Don't give it to Byron, or any other of the outfits that shorted you into this position. Offer it to the current shareholders who are holding the bag for supporting you during a period when you told some pretty big Whoppers of misinformation.

2-  The clay deposits in Gaspe and Nova Scotia,,, Spin these resources into a Newco and give us our proportionate shares. Eventually the ore will have to be sold to the JV end users anyway (they can't get it free) so get on with it now just in case a  takeover sucks up not only the technology but gets the added bonus of getting the resources tossed in free.

Or not.
