Nakate,, you might be right that the Ort office is closed for the day but if the officers of this company think that this latest developement is not of enough importance to update their shareholders and their website then they really are displaying that they are out of touch with their shareholders.
Kelly was supposed to be the new face of openess towards the shareholders.
Just think about this for a minute,,,
- the stock was halted for "dissemination" after the bell on Friday
- The much awaited news of financing is discovered and posted on the various bullboards
- The halt is lifted on Monday and trading resumes
- None of these pivotal developements are posted on the Ort website.
- unless an individual follows the bullboards they are largely unaware that anything has happened.
- even those who subscribe to the Ort website are not updated by email of either the financing news, or the halt or the lifting of the halt.

This is a communications issue of large proportion.
I don't think that it would be too much to ask for the officers of this company to clear the air by sitting at a computer and updating the website for the benefit of those shareholders who are largely unaware that anything has happened at all, wether it is a long weekend or not.
