OH RIGHT !! How stupid of me. If d'alesio voluntarily testifys at the commission and admitssss being an ORBITE insider he will get immunity. All the Mafia type people got immunity for testifying. All the crooked contracters who bilked the city of mega millions over many years are laughing themselves to the bank as they get off free because they testified and a few crooked politicians resigned.
