All the talk of manipulation is nonsense…...based in paranoia and marinaded in 2years of steady decline.  What is occuring is that the same big boys who sent the stock on a long slide are getting back in slowly.  Its called accumulation.
Huge wall at 70 cents.....hard to believe that there are so many sellers yet.   I too expect big news soon...the big boys always get the inside track on news.  
After 70 cents, I think selling pressure might decline and with good news a dollar is achievable by year end.
