I believe you are exactly right on what Crede's intentions may be, they have their foot on all of our necks and are not about to let up.

I also now believe that I was totally wrong and that Peizer has never even entertained the thought of assuming any type of control of Orbite in a positive way, he's a shark and is after as many pounds of flesh that he can bite off the carcass.

Regarding those 3 potential dilution situations that I cut and pasted and posted here the other day, those are just possibilities and the company states there are no guarantees that those are the ones that will be guaranteed to happened- in other words, you could very well be right on with your potential dilution scenario. It has as good a shot as any to happen- I mean look at the history so far- Crede has benefitted from a sp drop.

I now realize that the idea of a NO vote on the deal won't happen- for a variety of reasons- but I still think that this is a great time for shareholders to finally get off their as_es and act like they got bigger balls than a brass monkey.

Act like they deserve and are entitled to respect and they just might get some.

Keep acting like they don't care and will take a screwing and that's what they'll keep getting, and with no KY either.

Oh. Boy my Bill, you still waist your time out here.... Wait after the special meeting in April and you'll get in under .20 for sure....
