I am sure that GK is trying his hardest but there are so many logistics involved that it would only take one to go south and then there would possibly be a delay.

I can't help but compare it to Justin Trudeau trying to get 25000 refugees into the country by the end of the year.
The intentions were good but the logistics of the task have thrown a delay into it.
