Yes he does.
I am sure that it was not his intention when setting the deadline for himself but he seems to be the type that if it is not ready he will not panic.
He will wait until all of his ducks are in a row and won't pushed into anything pre-maturely.

A delay if required is certainly not what we want but if it has to be then it is not the end of the world unless you are fixated on the daily fluctuations in the share price.

He has the money to ride out a short delay.
