RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:In this saga, where do ordinary shareholders stand?IF CL still holds feelings of benevolence to shareholders and the need for BOD accountability, it appears that he is unable to translate them into existence with Orbite.

The history of Orbite does not show a strong, in control, and accountable BOD and does not exhibit a whole lot of care and attention towards the shareholders.

The BOD seem to be missing in action except at option time.
