AHH,,,,, this is the biggest and most secret question of all!

I think that if they had indeed solved this problem and proven it in the plant that that would have NR worthy to Kelly and he would be shouting it to the heavens,
Either they have not gotten to that stage of the fake "production" yet or the results are not up to what was expected and they are working on it or working on how to keep it under wraps for as long as possible.
