Who is Glenn Kelly Working For?

Who is Glenn Kelly Working For?He has to be working for Inestissement Quebec and the Liberal government NOT SHAREHOLDERS. The government has pumped unusually high amounts of money to get the plant working and bringing jobs to the Gaspe. All Kelly has to do is get the plant working no matter the cost and the government will be pleased. Even if we are diluted to over a billion shares.

Investors on the other hand will have to endure more dilutive placements and a good possibility of a reverse split or two. Kelly knows this and that is why from an investor perspective he does not address seriously real costs of producing HPA,  when and if we could ever expect decent revenue for the number of shares outstanding. and  the consequences of already being at 640,000 shares and climbing.
