RE:RE:RE:350,000 shares just showed up on the bidsporco,, to sort of answer your question there are 2 versions,,,
theoretically the bid and the ask and the size of the lot are supposed to be indicators of how much interest there is from buyers or conversly sellers.

If the world was a fair place then a person could see how much demand there is for a stock and since the market runs on supply and demand then guage whether you think the price is due to go up or down.
Good in theory.
However,,, the bid and ask are being toyed with all the time to try to paint a picture either one way or the other depending on what the manipulator wants you to think.

Sometimes the bid/ask is a real indicator and sometimes it is not.
How do you tell??? 
Well,,, the best you can do is take an educated guess.
350000 shares on the ask is a nice chunk and would lead you to believe that someone maybe knows something so they are trying to scoop up a bunch of shares, but then all of a sudden the 350000 ask disappears and ???
Who knows.
