RE:RE:Protect the Company and its assets from the claims of credit

RE:RE:Protect the Company and its assets from the claims of creditOrbite's technology may some day help an HPA factory churn out 5 tons a day of product. Unfortunately it will be at the expense of us retail share holders. The technology has to be taken over by a competent company that has deep pockets. If somehow during this "notice of intent" Orbite can secure a JV major corporation partner great. But even if they could attract such a JV partner it would be at a great cost to us shareholders. By the time the dust settles and Orbite survives it will be the next generation of shareholders that may make a good return. The present dilution compounded with the cost of Orbite's reorganization plan may render our shares worthless anyway. Right now I couldn't even give away my shares let alone sell them for peanuts.
