RE:CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS IN QUEBEC

I believe that presently there is no natural gaz flowing in that part of the Gaspe thus until Quebec allows a pipeline or a company drilling in the Cap Chat area starts the flow of gaz Orbite has to use electricity.

There is no contradiction in shareholders pushing ideas and possibly helping Orbite restructure without destroying investors wealth. On the Orbite Forum there is positive activity to that end. At the same time there is NO HARM in looking into a possible class action suit if investors get shafted.

The only reason I believe that a class action suite may be successful in this case is because the Quebec Government has been a major investor throughot CLAIMING THAT THEY DID EXTENSIVE DD EVERY TIME THEY INVESTED IN ORT. Many investors bought in because of IQ's involvement. They never did a proper DD or audit and continued to support Orbite despite all the delays and unexplainable cost over runs. Whereas Orbite does not have enough resources to pay screwed shareholders back, IQ AND THE QUEBEC GOVERNMENT DOES HAVE THE MONEY AND SHOULD BE SUED.

I hope a smart aggresive law firm takes the case it could be a gold mine. What a history of corruption.
