A buyout or restructuring price would be much higher than a 20% upside from current levels, the upside is 50% to 100% from current levels, my current target is $7+ by year end if they become a trust ...more

sense is the buy-out / re-org/ sale is nigh my guess is 20% premium over $4 any buyer on the sideline will have to act now with endless QE3 in U.S. ,oil to $125 soon.
