RE: RE: Conference call with management Earlier to

the silver lining is that as the share price goes lower, the more urgent for management to change course. the plan I suggest of divesting the Canadian assets along with a Mississippian JV would lower debt by $100m to $65m (numbers confirmed by management), this would leave us with the Hunton and a JV on the Mississippian, the Hunton alone based on the current forward strip will produce $50m in cash, $35m is needed to drill, $15m can be distributed through a tax efficient mutual fund trust (similar to the old trusts). The plan would lower our debt to equity ratio to 1.3, this would reduce the risk in the company, combined with Mississippian growth, even at 35K flowing barrels the stock will be worth $7 a share, with 43c dividend or 6.1% yield.

Regards,

Nawar
