Indeed this is unfortunate, NSE would have offered a great comparison benchmark, but for all intents and purposes the days of EQU as a public corporation is numbered, this company will likely be sold at the end of the review within the next 2 months.

However, since we are in the subject of IPOs, Argent Energy Trust has filed for an IPO on the TSX they have assets in Texas and Oklahoma. They are following the same model of Eagle Energy trust and Parallel Energy Trust with assets in the US and a trust status in Canada; this is exactly the model I have advocated for in my activist efforts, if EQU was to divest only the Canadian assets, they can convert to this model, which seems to be gaining popularity:
