It's the best offer we had until today, the CEO did well to wait and reject Montclair's $4.85. If Montclair think this is a low offer, like we do, then they simply can offer more.  The board can't reject an offer higher than $5.43 with the same terms while they accept that $5.43 is good. It's Montcair's opportunity to acquire the company with board's hands tied up

x2 Montclair may want to offer more but their first offer was 4$ which is less than forthcoming... their last news release suggested an offer may not even come before the shareholders, when they surely knew it was coming which imho is less then genuine on their behalf if we see any real trading above 5.43$ usd over next few days, we will know the battle is on! I still think we can see 6$ usd glta
