RE:Just weeks, isn't it....I am guessing that it will be tied into the budget whenever that is presented to parliament. However, there is also the possibility that another delay will be sought for electioneering purposes, and the government will continue to press for other fund sources to be found. With Ottawa twmperatures at -27'C and windchill of -35'C, surely an electioneering photo-op in Hawaii beckons.
