Debt was $19 million at the end of Q2.  The company generated $5.7 million of EBITDA in the first half.  Even using backward looking metrics debt is only 1.7x annualized H1 EBITDA.  That really isn't very much.  And it doesnt factor in any revenue ramp from the increased backlog.

Moreover, they paid back nearly $6 million of debt in Q2 which shows how easily they can pay debt back as they receive cash from clients.  I'm surprised you didn't focus on this in your DD?  It seems like a significant data point. Seeing a company pay down nearly 25% of their debt in 3 months makes me think the debt outstanding is not something I need to worry about.
