Spring Mediation?

Do we know the exact period/location  for the spring mediation?
Is this a fixed/ confirmed event?
Still possibility for delay?

Entree Presentation says  "A three-member Tribunal has been appointed and a merits hearing is set for April 2024" It seems pretty fixed (and has been set since last October) but don't know if there are ways to delay it.

Private arbitration can be adjourned by agreement at any time -  the tribunal is hired by the parties who can agree to almost anything they want. Which makes Rio's timing of the Order of Magnitude Study interesting because it's like they would be asking for yet another delay.  In the meantime, if they are not sharing drill results they surely can't be acting in accordance

I had understood (perhaps incorrectly) that if a negotiation was not agreed upon by 4/1/24, it would go to arbitration. Otherwise, like you say, it seems RIO can delay things indefinitely, while withholding information.

I think there is already technically an arbitration going on.  In other words papers have been filed, exchanged, etc.  The in-person hearing before the arbitration panel is scheduled for April.  However, the proceeding has been going on for a while now. The parties may be negotiating apart from the arbitration, but the hearing will occur as scheduled unless the parties agree to stop
