Capital Gains increased inclusion rate.
The increased inclusion rate, as I understand the legislation, applies on gains over $250,000 for individuals annually. If for instance you had purchased ETG at the bottom for $0.25 years ago, you could sell 200,000 shares and remain under the threshold. The dip in share price and increased volume over the last couple of sessions, imo, does not relate to the increased inclusion rate. The volume is simply not there.
