One has to wonder why the up's and down's of Fis/Amw in past two months, answer on Fis is in today.  Management jumps around like new people to square dancing.  That they retain PLS property under Newco at this moment may make people think they have something big, this is not proven at this time, times are exciting at Patterson Lake but not proven.  If you hold AMW shares wise to retain at this time, newco who knows where that is headed.  This is my theory only.
