I agree with you that FIS willingness to give up everyting especially Waterbury -pretty much there flagship project- but retain PLS really speaks for what they think the potential of PLS is.. Also I think irregardless if the FIS/DML deal is a good one for shareholders, this, along with the recent UUU deal, will help to up the profile of the uranium mining sector as a whole and underscore the belief that this truly is the bottom and the sector should see a rally from here..
