Getting all of those relatively cheap warrants exercised sooner than later is a very good thing as it will allow for stronger pops in the Alpha share price.  When warrants are exercised and the resulting shares are sold there is a trickling effect that dampens the upwards momentum after a good news release.

Yes, it's dilution, but the money put in the Alpha treasury from this forced exercise of warrants will pay for their portion of the winter program.  If the holders of the warrants are smart they will only sell enough shares to cover their cost of exercising their warrants....if they are smarter then they won't sell any shares at all.
