RE:RE:Price..I think you may be confusing share price with market cap?

Buying FCU in the $1.30s is not cheaper than buying AMW in the low $7s if you after PLS exposure.

The math bears this out.

Anyway, the conversion will happen at the specified amount in the end anyway so no worry for holders of AMW IMHO.
