I think the financing of mergco before it exists has lost people. Mergco was to be a takeover target and had enough for an aggressive drill program for 18 months. Now it being diluted before its even listed. If the drill results coming are so good why not get them out and finance much higher???. Looks like the takeover story is now on the backburner. Also the socalled bought deal is being shopped by every broker in Canada. Who wants mystery mergco when you can buy shares on the market now
