Dreaming

Great to see this company doing well. Since getting to know the management over the past two years my confidence has grown a lot in what could happen.

Since this is a slack investment day I thought I would ponder what could happen with AMW if they hit it big - lets say 60 million pounds big (after all - the other strikes in the Athabasca Basin started as dreams).

60 million pounds x $43 (today's current uranium price) = $2.580 billion divide by 2 (50% ownership) = $1.290 billion divide by 30 million shares (today's total AMW share amount plus padding) = $43 a share price.

Doesn't include other properties and other mineral extracted minerals or if uranium price rises.

How does this sound?

Uran216, good to dream or have a goal and a vision and make it come true. Maybe a more accurate way of  figuring out what could happen at some point with AMW is using history as your guide. The best one to use imo, is the take-out that occurred with Hathor (HAT) by RIO. Here's the numbers to put into your dream calculator. However should the spot price rise as many think it will over the ...more

With so few shares out, the numbers can boggle the mind. Key Lake held 200 million pounds. Our geology is just as good, if not better IMO. >

Yes and some suitor may pay more per pound for the resource once proven that is down just 60 meters compared to a pound that is down 250 to 300 meters. AMW has a few aces in its pocket with the shallow depth and the high grade material it is turning up. Location is good, very very good! Compare that to say UEX's pounds that are down way way down deep and very wet. AMW is a shining beacon ...more

Chattyc: We always talk about takeovers. Do you think AMW might want to keep the property and place it into production? Also, want will it take for AMW  to officially say this is what we have.

This is just my opinion but I believe that AMW which is an exploration company and a junior at that, will not be wanting to put the property into production. I feel that they will want to do the exploration part that is well underway and drill the property up as quickly as one can, building maximum pounds of metal as they can into a resource at PLS along with FIS however they see fit. Chattyc, I have been holding and will continue to hold a sizable amount. When I first invested with ESO I saw three things I liked: 1. Experienced management staff not prone to hype 2. Location: Canada, Saskatchewan, Athabasca Basin 3. The uranium boulder fields If one of those three were not there I would not have invested. Obviously I'm glad. Thanks for your insight on next steps.

Good stuff Uran216!! Glad to see you aboard. There is lots of faulting along the conductor, so lots of spaces and places, for the fluids to have flown upwrads through the rock which obviously by the discovery, were loaded with uranium. The boulders are big and rich and you are right on the money for picking PLS. (did I mention I like this play)   Cheers..
