If FIS is halted,  how does DML play into this,  don;t they have an agreement with FIS.  

Curious that AMW is halted at the same time.  DML not halted.

although it is academic at this point since the news is out, but in the future if both AMW and FIS are halted but not DML, it would be safe to assume that the pending news has to do with the PLS deposit which makes no difference to DML as they are only buying the Waterbury asset from FIS
