Why is it showing Bid at $4.76 and Ask at $4.07?

Webbroker is showing the bid and Ask @$4.76. Stockhouse is incorrect.

no chance we open there...must be market orders or some other shenanigan...expect something closer to $4.

it will correct,but both my cibc and td account showing $4.76 on the bid and ask,
